Janus Signal LLC is an independent consulting practice built on a simple idea: the businesses that win the next decade keep what works and adopt what’s next at the same time.
The name comes from Janus, the Roman god of gates and doorways, shown with two faces, one looking back and one looking forward. That’s the whole job. One face is the proven trade: physical security, access control, cameras, the hardware that protects real buildings. The other is what’s coming: AI that handles the calls, the follow-ups and the busywork that used to need another hire.
“Signal” is the throughline. Good security is about clean signal: knowing what’s happening and acting on it. Good automation is the same, cutting the noise so the right thing happens every time.
